About Masha

She has been a student of movement and dance for many years, and has studied with Gabrielle Roth since 2003. She has been certified to teach 5Rhythms since 2007 and has taught classes and workshops in the US and around Europe. Her formal education background is in psychology and Buddhism, a graduate at Naropa university. She has extensive experience with plant medicine work in the shipibo tradition. She is an accomplished musician and singer with a new album release.

About Jessica Rose

Jessica is an energy intuitive, transformational guide and a lover of dance!  She has studied many different styles of dance and has found 5 rhythms to be particularly powerful as a transformational catalyst.  She's been listening and envisioning this spirit call in colaboration with Masha and the 5 rhythms dance.  Utilizing Masha's very unique way of vocal activation with drumming in an intentional ceremonial space to invoke deep healing and reclaimation of our most powerful archetypes. 

Our ancestors are calling us forward to be intiated into our highest expression through our dance and voice.
