February Metamorphosis Immersion

The Mohala February Metamorphosis Immersion, February 24-February 28, is a potent journey for 10 individuals to move through a complete rebirth, in the presence of community and the sacred aina. When we come together to heal, the work is amplified to a quantum degree. 

We have an amazing line-up of special guest teachers joining us to guide yoga, breathwork, qi gong, vocal activation, offer acupuncture, massage and cook organic ayurvedic cuisine for us. We also have musical guests joining us to hold the sacred musical vibrations.

We'll be moving through embodiment practices, sacred silence, and preparing for a day of journeying into deep soul healing. Our integration day will include going out on the water with the whales, massage, acupuncture, integration coaching, and a celebratory ecstatic dance.
