Inner Mission: A Mycelial Prayer Weekend

The Inner Mission: A Mycelial Prayer Weekend is a special 2 day experience harnessing the energy and wisdom of the mycellium.

Our journey begins on a Saturday with a morning of noble silence, meditation, and embodiment practices. Morning practices include Heart Intelligence with Ashtara Kukuk, Meditation and Breathwork with Jennifer Ruth and Jessica Rose, and Embodied Movement with Sean Tebor.  We will have a delicious lunch prepared by our Ayurvedic Chef and Resident Astrologer, Nicolette Rose.

In the afternoon we will dive deep into a community prayer with the spirit of mushrooms, opening into the internal landscape to heal, transmute, and amplify the field of love. Sound Bath and Sonic Support for the journey will be provided by musical alchemist duo, Athena and Charley, aka Spaship. After sunset we will ground in with a nourishing dinner, followed by a Cacao Ceremony with Munay, leading into a private concert with a special musical guest Zoe Kian.

Sunday is our integration day - an opportunity to choose the adventures that support your integration, stay in the field with the vibration of the medicine and receive support from the elementals and community as we anchor the upgrades and downloads into the breath, body and heart. Offerings on Sunday include a sunrise Fire Puja and Meditation with Jennifer Ruth, Tea Ceremony with Sean Tebor + Jessica Rose, Breathwork and Yoga, yummy brunch with Chef Nicolette, Embodied Movement with Sean Tebor, Yin Yoga with Jennifer Ruth, Silent Meditation with Jessica Rose, Vocal Expression and Community Singing with Jennifer Ruth,  Dance Body Activation with Ashtara and a golden hour dinner. Medicinal mushroom microdosing protocol available. Open access to pool, hot tub, and cold plunge. We will close the portal together at sunset.

This weekend portal is an opportunity to detox from technology, move through practices to regulate your nervous system, shed stress, and return to your biological rhythms and native state of homeostasis. You will deepen your connection to Spirit as you move through the experience, connecting with the innermost parts of your soul, to heal and transform from the inside out.
