ABOUT THE EVENT
Our three course meal will feature the flavors of a local chef, as we are serenaded with a live music set from local musician.
Join us just before sunset to walk the land and watch the colors over the mountains and ocean, as we settle into a family style evening of nourishment, gratitude, and good vibes around the chef’s table.
CHEF SPENCER'S MENU for OCTOBER 28
Appetizers
Roasted basil and tamari almonds

First Course
Blended butternut squash bisque w/ cauliflower velouté, lemon oil, chives, toasted pepitas
Second Course
Venison lasagna, macadamia nut ricotta, basil pesto, sautéed onions, zucchini, broccolini, roasted garlic, massaged kale salad w/ citrus balsamic. (Vegan option available upon request.)
Third Course
Wild berry coconut cream pie, local honey, caramelized apple banana, almond, cacao.

SPENCER SHERMAN resides in Ha’iku on the Island of Maui where he cultivates his self expression through culinary artistry, music and spoken word offerings, embodied flow arts and care for the earth. Spencer specializes in a broad spectrum of gastronomic pleasantries from locally sourced organic ingredients and allergy friendly recipes, to wild game meats, and more. Spencer has been learning and working along side highly respected chefs for over 15 years, ranging from wood fired Italian bistro kitchens, to French Style Fine Dining, and vegan/vegetarian cuisine.

DEREK ABT has a love for funky bass-lines, whimsical guitar melodies, and soulful vocalization, Derek Abt weaves together captivating soundscapes that bring love and joy to all. With genres including soul, bluegrass, funk, hip-hop, and more, you'll hear a mix of catchy covers, heartfelt originals, and wacky improvisations within his sets. Many have said that Derek has a natural ability to drop into a flow state with his performances, incorporating elements of nature, audience, children, and animals into his soundscapes. Come to listen and feel uplifted and joyful with this special evening.
