What if you could do nothing but be present, make art and have all of your other needs taken care of? Come join us in Maui, Hawaii for a 5 day deep dive into silence, meditation, movement, nature, creativity and nourishment.

Open the Art is a 5 day silent meditation and creativity retreat and is the perfect opportunity to rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul. Surrounded by lush tropical gardens in a safe and clean retreat space in Maui, Hawaii, you'll have the chance to unplug from the distractions of daily life and connect with your inner self.

During the retreat, you'll participate in a variety of activities designed to promote mindfulness, creativity, and relaxation. You'll enjoy daily meditation sessions, tea ceremonies, embodiment classes, and workshops on creative writing, painting, and dance. You'll also have plenty of free time to reflect, rest, and restore.

The retreat is held in silence, so that you can have the opportunity to be held by others but focus on your personal development and healing. There will be time before and after the retreat to connect with the other participants joining.

My experience at Mohala for the silent meditation retreat was nothing short of cathartic, transformative, and magical.

Being able to share space with others in both their own internal and creative processes was so special. We wove together a beautiful web with pure energy. Everything was facilitated so beautifully, and acted as a living example of how community and sharing space with others can amplify an experience a thousand times over.
