August Metamorphosis Immersion

The Mohala Metamorphosis Immersion,  August 18-20, is a potent journey for an intimate group of individuals to move through a complete rebirth, in the presence of community and the sacred aina. When we come together to heal, the work is amplified to a quantum degree. 

The immersion is a transformational retreat focused on nervous system regulation, inspiration, and healing. The work incorporates mindfulness and embodiment practices, as well as progressive therapies and natural medicine, within a safe and supportive environment.

Participants are able to return to their heart & natural state of wholeness. This is an opportunity to integrate & digest significant life experiences, and make space for more love, joy, ease, & freedom in life.

This is a safe space for you to feel.Your sensations. Your emotions. Your shadows. Your divine light. You will detox from technology, move through practices to regulate your nervous system, shed stress, and return to your biological rhythms and native state of homeostasis. You will deepen your connection to Spirit as you spend time with the innermost parts of your soul, to heal and transform from the inside out.

We'll be moving through embodiment practices, sacred silence, and preparing for a day of journeying into deep soul healing. Our integration day will include a nature excursion, massage, acupuncture, integration coaching, and a celebratory ecstatic dance. We have an amazing line-up of special guest teachers joining us to guide yoga, breathwork, qi gong, vocal activation, offer acupuncture, massage and cook organic ayurvedic cuisine for us. We also have musical guests joining us to hold the sacred vibrations.
